Distinguish a few high-frequency sounds, then shadow them in words; you do not need every pronunciation rule today.
Do not study every rule first. Open one of these short lessons only when you want to understand today’s sentence pattern.

Pronunciation focus: hear one contrast such as u/ou, é/è, or a nasal sound; do not replace listening with Chinese sound spelling.
Common trap: rerecording endlessly to sound native. Note one sound to improve and keep moving.

When you see final s, t, d, or x, listen to the whole word instead of pronouncing every letter; the word and context decide.
