Hello everyone, I've found Express Entry has a new draw category for French Speakers. I read that in order to qualify one must score CLB 7 in TCF/TEF. Would the system automatically recognize one is eligible under that category? For example under CEC with CLB 7 TCF I would have a 536 CRS score, which could possibly get me an ITA. In order to get invited to apply under this category, would I just need to create a regular CEC profile and the system would automatically recognize it or would I need to create a French Proficiency profile? From the latest french proficiency draw it seems french proficiency is a stream based on pre-existing main streams such as CEC or FSW. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Thank you.
按我的理解,法语能力抽签是在 CEC 或 FSW 等既有项目内部进行的。这个理解正确吗?它会影响 profile 获得 ITA 的评估方式吗?

From my understanding, the French proficiency draw operates within existing streams like CEC or FSW. Is this correct, and does it affect how profiles are evaluated for ITA?
That is correct. There is only one profile created. There are three streams (which will be changing in future). French proficiency is a subcategory and sits within CEC or FSW. You need to meet the requirements for either CEC/FSW/FST to be in the pool. Your ITA is dependent on your CRS score and what the draw is - general CEC or specific sub categories (for instance French). If you qualify then you get the ITA.
I received an ITA in the French proficiency category draw on 27.09.2023, submitted documents and received AOR on 02.10.2023. What processing time should I expect?
The official category requirement is French NCLC 7 in all four abilities; the applicant must also qualify for an Express Entry program. The French category itself is not a separate TEER stream.
结构化核验结论:对其他国家,证明通常应在最后一次连续居住满六个月之后开具。如果在 60 天期限内拿不到,应按 IRCC 说明提交已尽最大努力的证据,或者考虑拒绝 ITA 后再进入池子。

Official resolution: for another country, the certificate should be issued after the last six-month stay; if it cannot be obtained by the deadline, provide evidence of best efforts or follow the instructions about declining the invitation.
收到 ITA 后,清单要求提供资金证明。我已经在加拿大生活和工作六年了,需要银行流水、当前账单,还是还要提交贷款和信用卡信息?

After an ITA, the checklist asks for financial support. I have lived and worked in Canada for six years. Do I need bank history, current statements, or information about loans and credit cards?
Official resolution: proof of funds is generally required for FSW and FST, not CEC, unless an exemption applies. The bank letter has specific required fields.
